First, you will change into a kimono and experience an authentic tea ceremony.
The tea ceremony experience, conducted by an expert tea master, is a rare opportunity to experience the depths of Japanese culture.
Our store is located right next to Nishiki Market, so you can go out in your kimono immediately after your experience. Our knowledgeable staff will assist you in your stroll in English.
This tour is full of highlights, including Nishiki Market, also known as “Kyoto's kitchen,” a shopping district that has flourished since ancient times, and cozy shrines. We will introduce you to the history and stores in the area and show you the attractive points of Kyoto.

Nishiki Market is a famous shopping street located in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, and is known as “Kyoto's kitchen. It stretches approximately 390 meters from Nishikikoji Dori east to Teramachi Dori west to Takakura Dori, and is lined with approximately 130 stores.
This market has a long history dating back to the Heian period and focuses especially on fresh fish, Kyoto vegetables, pickles, Obanzai, and other food products. The market is crowded with tourists and locals alike, who come to enjoy the abundance of local produce and ingredients for traditional Kyoto cuisine.
One of the unique features of Nishiki Market is its colorful arcades, which make shopping comfortable even on rainy days. In addition, each store often offers tastings, allowing visitors to enjoy eating and communication with the market people.
